Eggs In A Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
4 slices bread (your choice)
butter

Preparation

Cut a circular hole, about the size of a jelly glass, in each piece of bread (center).
Butter or Pam the griddle.
Lightly butter one side of each piece of bread and place on griddle, butter side down.
While bread is toasting, butter the top side.
When bread is toasted on bottom, flip over and carefully break egg into each hole; fry until egg is set and toasted on bottom side.
