Swedish Meatballs For Two - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water
2/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
nutmeg
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Saute 3 tablespoons chopped onion in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
Strain.
Mix onion with meat mixture. Form small balls and brown on all sides in hot fat.
Remove meatballs and put into another pan.
