Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Add next 6 ingredients to butterscotch mixture.
Mix well.
Fold chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts to mixture only until combined, about 5 strokes.
Spread in a greased 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
Recipe can be doubled, using a 9 x 13-inch pan.
