Pie Crust For Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt in mixing bowl.
    With pastry blender, cut in shortening until it looks like meal.
    Mix egg and milk together.
    Add to dry mixture and mix well.
    Place in refrigerator for 2 hours to chill.
    Can be kept in refrigerator several days in sealed bowl.
