Butterscotch Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1/3 c. melted margarine
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. cold water
1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pudding and pie filling
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar. Press firmly in bottom of 2 (9-inch) pans.
