Crab Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 3 tsp. cold water
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. pimento, diced
Preparation

Heat soup; add cream cheese and gelatin.
Mix until cheese and gelatin are dissolved.
Cool.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to cool mixture.
Pour into a greased mold and chill overnight. (Use a 3 1/2-cup mold.)
