Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. jello (strawberry or cherry)
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
20 miniature marshmallows
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small carton Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
Preparation

Put marshmallows into hot water with jello.
Let sit until melted after stirring.
Add cold water and stir, then let set in refrigerator until just slightly jelled.
Beat until light and add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
Beat in mayonnaise and pineapple. Pour into mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
