Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 pkg. tortillas
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. enchilada sauce mix, prepared according to directions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion.
    Drain excess fat.
    Mix in soups and enchilada sauce.
    In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, alternate layers:
    tortillas (cut into quarters), hamburger mixture and cheese.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
