Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, split and deboned
5 slices bread
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 stick margarine, melted in milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts to flatten a bit.
Break bread into small pieces.
Mix bread and vegetables together.
Add milk and margarine.
Mix slowly, stirring to moisten bread.
Don't make it too wet.
If you use more milk, scald it first.
Divide bread mixture into 4 parts, putting one part on each breast half.
Wrap chicken around bread mixture.
Place in greased casserole or baking pan, seam-side down.
Cover.
Add a little water to pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour or until chicken slightly browned.
