Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags microwave popcorn
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    pecans (as much as you like)
Preparation
    Spread popped popcorn and pecans on cookie sheet.
    Boil butter, salt, brown sugar and corn syrup for 5 minutes on medium heat.
    Remove from heat and stir in soda.
    Pour over popcorn. Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring it every 15 minutes.
    Let cool before eating.
    Bake until crispy and dry.
    Can add peanuts.
