Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ham, cubed
    1 large pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in microwave for 3 to 4 minutes until just soft. In large oven-safe pot or casserole, combine all ingredients, including potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until potatoes are completely soft and cheese is melted.
    Sauce should be thickened (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
