South Of The Borders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 pkg. sliced cheese
    2 cans Hormel chili (with beans)
    1 small onion
    1 loaf bread
    1 small bag potatoes
Preparation
    Pat hamburger meat into patties.
    Fry until done.
    Heat up chili and toast slices of bread.
    Peel the potatoes and slice for homemade French fries.
    Deep fat fry potatoes.
    Dice onion.
    Put 1 or 2 slices of toast on plate.
    Lay hamburger patty on top of toast.
    Lay 1 slice of cheese on top of patty.
    Pour chili over cheese and bread.
    Sprinkle onion on top.
    Salt fries to taste. Serve hot.
