Chicken In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1/2 tomato, sliced
    1 medium-sized baking potato, sliced
    1 small carrot, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut 2 (15 x 12-inch) pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil; place a chicken breast in center of each.
    Top with onion and remaining ingredients.
    Wrap well.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 2 servings; 1.8 grams fat; 221 calories; 66 mg. cholesterol.
