Peppers, Potatoes And So On - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 green peppers
4 medium potatoes
2 large onions
1 lb. round steak
salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste
oil for frying
Preparation

Core and cut peppers into wide strips; wash and remove all seeds.
Peel and dice or thickly slice potatoes.
Peel and slice onions.
Cut steak into cubes or bite size pieces.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Fry pepper alone until tender; add all other ingredients and spices.
Fry all together until all are evenly cooked.
Drain oil and serve.
