Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    minced chives or parsley
    poppy, caraway or sesame seed
    apples
Preparation
    Combine flour and cheese.
    Cut in butter.
    Add sauce and blend well.
    Roll dough into long strips about 3/4 inch in diameter. Freeze 15 minutes.
    Slice into thin wafers.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle wafers with different combinations of spices and seed.
    Serve with apple slices.
