Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, syrup, salt, flour and eggs.
    Add vanilla, butter and pecans.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Turn rounded side of some pecans so they will look good.
    Bake in slow oven (300\u00b0) for about 1 hour, or until filling is just set.
