Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes
1/4 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and cut up potatoes in bite size pieces.
Boil in salted water until tender.
Drain.
Return to low heat and add butter, salt and pepper.
Let milk warm and butter melt.
Add 2 tablespoons flour for a thicker sauce.
