Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    pepper
    1 c. instant dry rice
    1/4 c. American cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Cook bacon; drain and crumble.
    Cook onion and pepper in a bit of bacon grease.
    Combine all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
