Bacon And Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, fried and diced
    4 c. LeSueur peas
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    parsley
    1 1/2 c. thin white sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Add bacon pieces to peas, plus 1 tablespoon bacon fat.
    Add salt, pepper, white sauce and onion.
    Place in greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
