Miniature Beef Turnovers(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton beef flavor mushroom soup mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. drained bean sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 pkg. crescent rolls

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground meat, drain excess fat. Combine first 5 ingredients, then brown a little longer until all ingredients are mixed.
Separate crescent dough as package directs, then cut each piece in half.
Place spoonful of mixture in center of each triangle.
Fold over and seal edges.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 5 minutes or until golden.
Makes 48 turnovers.
