Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 red potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Scrape and wash potatoes.
    Mix parsley with butter or margarine.
    Roll potatoes in the parsley and oil mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes or until tender.
