Italian Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 (1 lb.) cans whole tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 whole bay leaves
Preparation
    Heat oil in 6-quart saucepan.
    Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add ground chuck and garlic (or garlic powder) and cook until meat browns.
    Place whole tomatoes in blender and then add to meat mixture.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and simmer, covered, for about four hours. Remove bay leaves.
