Stir-Fry Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper
    1 1/2 c. onions, in 1-inch slices
    1/2 c. green pepper, in 1-inch slices
    1 Tbsp. light oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place pork chops on plastic wrap.
    Pound slighlty.
    Sprinkle seasoned salt and salt-free lemon pepper seasoning.
    Do not cut pork chops up.
    Heat large skillet or wok with oil on medium heat. Put pork chops in skillet for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Toss onions and green peppers.
    Add soy sauce and stir until slightly browned.
    Serve with your choice of vegetables. Preparation time: 20 minutes.
    Cooking time:
    25 to 35 minutes.
