No Bake Thumbprints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can ready to spread chocolate or chocolate fudge frosting
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 c. ground nuts
1 1/2 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Reserve 1/4 cup frosting.
In a large bowl combine frosting, graham crackers and margarine.
Blend well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and immediately roll in ground nuts.
With finger, make imprint in center.
Place in single layer pan.
In small bowl, blend reserved frosting and cream cheese until smooth.
Spoon mixture into center of cookie.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
