Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ears fresh corn, shucked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. heavy cream (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cut corn from cob into bowl, making sure to scrape milky white substance from cob.
(You should have about 4 cups of kernels.) Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add corn, cream (if using), salt and pepper.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally for 10 to 15 minutes or until corn is tender.
