Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
    1 (No. 2) can whole tomatoes, chopped
    8 slices bacon, browned, drained and diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    You can substitute onion powder instead of onion.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
