Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup
    2 c. water
    1 c. toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
    Saute sausage, onion and celery; drain.
    Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, rice, soup and water.
    Put in a 3-quart casserole. Bake for 1 hour, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered, at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 10.
