Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water and butter to the boiling point.
Sift flour and salt into liquid.
Stir until a ball is formed which slips from the side of the pan.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each egg is added.
