Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom with 1/3 c. water added
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/2 onion, sliced
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops.
    Blend soup and water and sour cream. In
    2
    quart
    casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, soup mix, salt, pepper and onion.
    Top with chops.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for
    1 1/4 hours.
    This can be put in microwave, leaving out
    the chops
    until the final 4 minutes of cooking. Cook on Medium-high for 30 minutes.
    Stir every 10 minutes.
