Ingredients

1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender.
Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute, stopping once to stir down.
Bake on ungreased griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Makes 20 (4-inch) pancakes.
