Green Chile Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Egg Beaters, beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. grated Alpine Lace nonfat Cheddar cheese or 4 oz. Kraft Free cheese slices, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained (1 c.)
    1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1/4 c. drained canned green chiles, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray square pan with nonfat cooking spray (8 x 8 x 2-inch or 9 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Measure all ingredients in order listed in bowl; stir just until flour is moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy.
    Spread evenly in pan.
    Bake in an 8-inch pan 45 minutes or a 9-inch pan 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 9 to 12.
