Baked Sweet And Sour Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

1 pkg. fresh or frozen Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Arrange cooked Brussels sprouts in shallow (1 1/2-quart) baking dish.
Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper; blend. Pour over Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake in preheated moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 15 minutes until tender or lightly brown.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
