Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/4 c. broth
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk or cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    grated cheese
    bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
    Add flour. Stir in broth; cook for 5 minutes.
    Add cream of mushroom soup and cream; remove from heat.
    Add turkey, mixing lightly.
    Cook spaghetti according to directions.
    Place spaghetti in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour on turkey mixture, then top with cheese and bread crumbs mixed together.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
