Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. softened margarine
    2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine flour, butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
    Mix and press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, mix eggs, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Fold in 1/4 cup flour and baking powder.
    Pour onto hot crust; bake 25 minutes longer.
    Cool; cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
