Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    5 to 6 medium green peppers
    15 oz. can Spanish rice
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    good dash Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut top off peppers and clean out, leaving spines to support the peppers.
    Put peppers in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove and drain well.
    Brown beef and pour off fat.
    Mix in rice and some tomato sauce.
    Stuff the peppers with meat mixture.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Spoon a little more tomato sauce on top of each pepper.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
