Sour Cream Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick margarine
10 oz. miniature marshmallows
dash of salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Merckens white coating wafers or white block chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In a large microwave bowl (4-quart) mix the sugar, sour cream, margarine, salt and marshmallows.
Cook on full power for 14 minutes.
Stir after 4 to 5 minutes and again as needed, until done and well blended.
Stir in white coating or shave the block chocolate into the mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Stir well and pour into a greased pan to cool before cutting.
