Blender Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
    2 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put water and jello in blender and beat until dissolved.
    Add lemon and 1 cup cottage cheese.
    Liquefy until smooth.
    Add rest of cottage cheese and beat well.
    Pour into large bowl.
    Add whipped cream and mix well.
    Pour over crust.
    Chill.
