Venison Pot Pie(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison (bite size pieces)
    1 medium onion, quartered
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. brown gravy mix or 2 envelopes
    1 c. stock
    1 c. milk
    2 to 3 sliced carrots
    2 potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
    pie crust
Preparation
    A few frozen peas or corn may also be added.
