Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries with sugar added
    4 eggs or 1 c. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c.oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Defrost strawberries.
    Beat eggs until fluffy; add oil, sugar and strawberries.
    Combine flour, cinnamon and soda; then add to strawberry mixture.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf (9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch) pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until done.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove.
    Makes 2 loaves.
