Adrienne'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    grated rind of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Let cream cheese, butter and sour cream come to room temperature.
    Cream well and add sugar.
    Add raisins, almonds and lemon rind.
    Put in a quart mold; refrigerate.
    When firm, unmold and serve with crackers or dark bread.
    (This can be frozen after unmolding.)
