Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mint leaves
    2 c. hot water
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 pt. fresh quartered strawberries
    2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice, chilled
    3 c. orange juice, chilled
    1 liter bottle ginger ale
Preparation
    Mix hot water and mint. Let stand 30 minutes. Strain liquid and discard mint. Pour into a 2-quart container. Stir in sugar, water, lemon and lime juices. Chill 8 hours. Pour mixture into a large punch bowl. Stir in strawberries and remaining ingredients just before serving.
