Fruit Sorbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
3/4 c. boiling water
2 pt. strawberries, hulled and pureed (1 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. corn syrup or 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Stir in strawberries, corn syrup and egg whites.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Freeze until partially frozen, about 2 hours.
