Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped and cooked beef, pork or chicken
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    4 c. cooked and cooled rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
    1 green onion and top, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon in skillet until brown and slightly crisp.
    Crumble into small pieces.
    Add beef, pork or chicken, onion and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Combine eggs and soy sauce.
    Pour over rice and stir gently until eggs are cooked.
    Sprinkle green onion over rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
