Scuffletown Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sauerkraut
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Early in the day, combine kraut with all the other ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
    Great for days!
