Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cooked and drained
2 purple onions or spring onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard, dry
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together soup, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and sugar.
Pour over carrots, onions, and peppers. Cover tightly, refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.
