Ingredients
    3/8 c. Bisquick
    1/8 c. cornstarch
    cold water
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick and cornstarch.
    Add just enough cold water to make a thick sauce that's not too pasty.
    Put meat, fish or vegetable pieces into batter to coat.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
