Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 pt. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 egg whites
1/3 c. cooking oil
3/8 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt

Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in lukewarm water.
Set aside.
In 4-quart bowl, mix flour, 3/8 cup sugar, salt, egg whites, cooking oil and yeast mixture.
Mix.
