Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 pt. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. crouton stuffing or Pepperidge dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. celery, cooked in 1 1/2 or 2 c. broth for 10 minutes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook chicken thoroughly and cut in small pieces.
    Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, broth and celery.
    Spread layer of croutettes in bottom of baking dish.
    Add pieces of chicken and then the cream sauce.
    Top with croutettes.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
