Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can French onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except mushrooms, in a large casserole dish.
    Layer mushrooms on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
