Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can chopped kraut
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small can pimento
1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Heat vinegar or sugar to boiling point.
Pour over celery, onion, green pepper and kraut.
Put into a glass jar and refrigerate.
